Welcome to our YBW Family, Suz!

“Drawn to philosophy and spirituality from a young age, I began my journey through Tibetan Buddhism before discovering Yoga through Ashtanga Mysore style in 2018, in the south of France. I was mesmerised by the silence in the room — all students moving in their own rhythm, the breath taking up the full space of the body.
Since then, I’ve learned many ways to hold space, sharing Yoga as conscious living — from vinyasa to restorative, silent meditation to guided Yoga Nidra. Every class is an invitation to slow down, tune into the body’s wisdom, and for a moment, remember to be present.”

We carry things in our bodies, our energy fields and our minds that are no longer true.

Old stories.
Old dreams.
Old beliefs.
Old versions of ourselves.
Patterns we have outgrown, but are still holding onto.

Full Moons illuminate what has reached completion and invite us to release what no longer belongs.

And under a Full Moon Eclipse, that invitation becomes even more powerful 💥

What closes under this eclipse is not meant to come with you into the next phase of your life.

🌕 Let it complete.
🌕 Let it fall away.
🌕 Let it be released.

So you can create space for the path that is opening before you.

I created this Immersion on the eclipse because eclipses aren’t just something to watch happen - it’s something you can consciously work with.

Our studio is a shared space — and a little mindfulness goes a long way. 💛

✨ Please arrive on time
Arriving late can interrupt the class, disturb other students and disrupt the energy of the room. Please allow yourself enough time to park, check in, set up your mat and settle in before class begins.

🚪 Once class has started, late entry may not be possible.
If the doors are closed and class is underway, please respect the teacher and those already practising by waiting for the next class.

📵 Phones on silent & away
Give yourself permission to disconnect and be fully present.

🤫 Keep voices low
Especially around the studio entrance and waiting areas while another class is in progress.

🧼 Leave your space as you found it
Please clean your mat/props and return studio equipment neatly after class.

Most importantly… come with respect, kindness and consideration for your fellow yogis. 🫶
