Donna has officially reached an incredible 500 sessions, and what a milestone it is.

Some people make a gym feel like a community just by walking through the door, and Donna is one of those people. It doesn’t matter who she’s paired with, she’ll have a laugh, encourage everyone around her, and make every session more enjoyable.

Thank you for bringing your positivity, consistency and welcoming nature to BFT Newcastle. We couldn’t imagine the studio without you.

Between building a career in architecture, keeping up with an energetic little one, and somehow still finding time to train, Jo continues to lay the foundations for a healthier, stronger future.

We’re also convinced her weekly coffee invitations are all part of a carefully designed blueprint for great friendships. ☕😂

Tom has become one of the genuinely great blokes around the studio. Always brings a good attitude, a great vibe, and is someone everyone enjoys training alongside.

As a lawyer, he’s built a pretty strong case for consistency… and after 100 sessions, the verdict is unanimous: guilty of showing up! 👨‍⚖️😂

As proud BFT parents, watching our members hit goals never gets old. 🥹😂

The thing we’re most proud of isn’t the numbers though—it’s seeing people back themselves, build confidence, and achieve things they once thought were out of reach.

One thing we’ve learned from running HYROX sessions: the faces change, but the vibe never does.

We’re lucky to be surrounded by an incredible community of people who show up, work hard, support each other and aren’t afraid to have a laugh along the way.

Whether it’s a regular class, a HYROX session, an 8-week challenge or a Saturday workout, it’s the people that make this place what it is.
