This is a results-driven training program. Unlike other gyms, we are with you every step of the way to ensure you have all the tools needed to reach your goals. Our aim is to keep you accountable with regular check-ins to make sure you're staying on track both inside and outside the gym. There are two separate programs for you to choose from based on your specific goals. The environment is completely non-intimidating and we have guys and girls across all levels of the fitness spectrum.

How you warm up determines how your session goes
If you walk in, do a couple of stretches and get straight under the bar, your glutes aren’t switched on yet. So your quads and lower back pick up the slack — and that’s where the niggles start.
That’s why we pair these two before every squat day.Get the most out of your gym program.

Most people walk in and just lift. That’s why they plateau.
Every session at RIG has a structure: prepare the joints, activate the right muscles, load the main lift, then accessory work that keeps you resilient. Nothing is random.

Everyone thinks flexibility fades with age. Keith is proof it doesn’t.
Six months ago, he could barely reach past his shins. Today he performs a Jefferson curl from a raised box — loading a deep range with control through every segment of his spine.
That’s not passive stretching. It’s trained, load-bearing mobility — the kind that protects your joints, keeps you moving well, and keeps you capable as you age. And it’s built with the right coaching, not left to chance.
Huge credit to Keith for the work he’s put in.

Week one of the new block is done — and the group brought it.
This cycle blends compound strength, single-leg work, posterior chain and power, sequenced deliberately, not thrown together. That structure is the difference between training hard and actually progressing — and watching everyone attack it this week has been something else.
Huge effort from our Group members and Personal training clients. This is what programming looks like from day one at RIG.

Most people have never actually trained their hamstrings. They hinge — but they don’t isolate.
The Swiss ball ham curl forces your hamstrings to work through full range: hip extension AND knee flexion — the two functions your hamstrings actually do.
