12 MONTHS OF BUSINESS 🎉

It’s been an incredible 12 Months of owning our own gym! Lots of early mornings, lots of late nights, lots of learning and lots of growing! But by far, the most rewarding aspect, watching people grow and evolve into strong, fit, healthy humans!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way, our incredible members that have showed up everyday! We are so grateful for you all and want nothing but the best for you! We’re so proud to be apart of your journey’s and cannot wait to show you what we’ve been working on for our future 🙊💞

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY🔥

Another one of our incredible members achieving incredible results in our last 12 week challenge.

Miri came into this challenge pumped and determined as ever! And the results really showed… are you ready

*10kg down in body weight
*8.8kg down in body fat
*39cm lost over all

Despite a 700g loss in muscle mass and some personal health matters, this woman produced some incredible numbers in her final week of testing and even shaved off 2:26 minutes from her 1km run!

This shows the kind of results you can achieve with a good mindset and good guidance. Not only was this challenge physical, but educational! Teaching members a good relationship with food, their bodies and mindset is one of the highest priorities to us at HIIT House and we love seeing it happen!
