Safety Reminder
If you are reading this page you will already be familiar with our footwear rules. In fact almost everyone arrives in shoes that cover the toes and heels.
However the parents of your children's friends might never have been to a miniature steam track before. So, if you arrange a birthday party here, please warn your guests to wear suitable shoes so that they can join in the fun.

CCSM is open for rides on the first Saturday of each month from 11:00am till 4pm, unless it is a very wet day. Please ask if you are interested.
All riders must wear fully enclosed shoes, no exceptions. The grounds are open for walkers on other days during daylight hours. Central Coast Steam Model Co-Op Ltd is open on the first Saturday of each month From 11:00am till 4:00pm. Fully enclosed shoes compulsory for train riders.

Our next running day will be Saturday 5th September 2026 at the usual time (11am to 4pm). Admission is free. Rides are $2.50 (free for under 3 years old with an adult). FATHERS' DAY special: a free ticket for Dad when buying tickets for the family. Everyone who rides MUST wear solid shoes that cover the toes and heels.
This month the youth section of the Gosford City Brass Band will perform outside our workshop near the station (postponed from August). Come and hear what they can do!
Also this month we expect that a few members of other clubs will bring their engines to show or run.
As usual the Freemasons will be operating a sausage sizzle with proceeds towards equipment for the children's ward at Gosford Hospital. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drink.
Please dress for the weather - this is mainly an outdoors event!.

Some of a box of used small cars and loose Lego given to us to distribute to interested children remains (Gifts of similar are welcome). Children are invited to take a few pieces for themselves and leave the rest for others. Ask at the ticket desk.

Thank you to everyone who braved the rain and joined us for our August Running Day to ride the miniature trains. Despite the wet weather, it was wonderful to see so many people enjoying the trains. We look forward to welcoming you back for our next Running Day on 5 September.

narara.cjb.net for prices . We require at least 1 months notice, as we need to table your expression of interest at our members meetings on the 3rd Saturday of the month
