BJP Physie is a combination of Ballet, Contemporary, Yoga and Aerobic exercises, Hip Hop and Jazz, performed to modern music within 5 professionally choreographed routines learnt yearly. Physie aims to build confidence, musicality, strength, rhythm, coordination, flexibility and team work skills in modern and fun routines, appropriate for each age group. These routines can be competed at local, state and national level in individual and team competitions. Physie competitions aim to inspire group and individual goals for girls to work towards and develop sportsmanship and a sense of pride in each personal/group achievement and improvement. BJP Physie has been established for 125 years and has over 150 clubs nation wide. BJP's syllabus promotes healthy minds and healthy bodies within all girls and ladies and our dance is constantly evolving, creating choreography up to date with the modern dance industry. Physie provides grandmothers, mums, daughters, sisters and cousins the opportunity to share a passion they can all participate in, as well as provides you with a community where you may meet your best friends and become a part of the Physie family in your club and community nation wide.
