Caboolture Trail Horse Club was formed in 1980. We are a not-for-profit, pleasure riding club for people with their own horses and horse transport. We are not a business, and do not provide horses for hire. We offer trail riding mostly through forestry, but sometimes the beach and private property in the area between Narangba and Woodford. We sometimes provide opportunities for camp-outs

What an awesome day today with the Trail Club members. Trying out some different obstacles and especially doing a ground tie, to have a tequila 😜. Many were suprised their horse just staying put while they walked away. The day was nice and a bit cooler with the cloud cover.

The Club got to try a little bit of a different trail day today. Riders got to try some obstacles, working equitation, mounted games and a trail ride at the end. Thanks to Angelo for bringing all his gear along for riders to try, giving the horses a good look to help desensitise them try new things under guidance. Also thanks to those who came to help set up Sat arvo and also those who stayed to help pack up at the end. Many hands make light work.
Today will certainly be helpful for those days out on the trails and coming across anything unexpected.

Want to join the Caboolture Trail Horse Club and ride the trials between Woodford, Wamuran, Toorbul or at the beach at Beachmere? See the details in the photos.
We also do clinics (seperate cost) cattle work, Pony Club, obstacle courses, roping, equitation etc all depending on availability.
Trail guides know the areas well and everyone is respectful, helpful and always ready for a chat. Walk only rides, with most track suitable for unshod horses.
Once you become a member you can join the members private facebook group for calendar, rides, events, share photos of rides and network with other members for get together rides.
All this for only $70 for new members.

Caboolture Trail Horse Club was formed in 1980. We are a not-for-profit pleasure riding club for people with their own horses and horse transport. We are not a business and do not provide horses for hire.
We offer trail riding mostly through forestry, but sometimes on the beach or private property. We hold a couple of fun days each year and occasionally provide opportunities for camp-outs and training days. Rides and events are held once or twice a month, usually on Sundays. Ride length is usually between two to four hours, sometimes followed by lunch.
Members receive an annual rides calendar and regular emails and Facebook updates giving details of upcoming rides and events. Included in membership is liability insurance and affiliation with Trail Riding Australia.
