We’re pleased to announce that Justin “Richo” Richardson will continue as A Grade Coach in 2027. 💚💛

A huge thank you to Mitch Wilkins for everything he’s put into the co-coaching role this season. With wife Rach, Reggie and Bonnie at home, and another little Wilkins due to arrive any day now, Mitch will step back from coaching next year to spend more time with his young family. The great news is he’s committed to playing on in 2027, so his leadership, experience and presence will still be a big part of our senior group and the club.

We’re excited to have Richo leading the way again next season and look forward to what 2027 brings.

Let’s go, Mudlarks.

Not the result we were hoping for yesterday, but our young Mudlarks certainly did us proud. 💚💛

What a season from this group. To make it all the way to a Grand Final is a huge effort and something we’re all very proud of.

A big well done to all of our younger players who stepped up throughout the year and took on some much bigger opponents, and to the senior group who led the way, encouraged the group and set a great example.

Congratulations and thank you to coach Kym Alldritt and his support crew for everything you’ve put into this team throughout the season.

And what a sight it was seeing the green and gold army out in force yesterday. The support around this group was incredible and we know the players would have felt every bit of it.

A massive thank you also to Dos Photography for capturing these moments yesterday, and for all the photos throughout the season. Epic as always and we’re very grateful to have you!

Hold your heads high, Mudlarks. A ripper season, plenty to be proud of and a very exciting future ahead.

Well done 💚💛

One more sleep til Grand Final day! 💚💛

A huge congratulations to our Junior C**ts on earning their chance at a back to back Premiership. Another amazing season, the whole club is incredibly proud of you and everything you’ve achieved this season.

9:10am at Encounter Bay Oval
Mudlarks vs McLaren Districts

Don’t be late! Get there early, let’s get around them and make plenty of noise from the first bounce. 🔰

Head left when you come through the entrance. We’ll be set up to the left of the scoreboard, just look for the Mudlark flags.

One more game, Mudlarks. Give it everything you’ve got and enjoy every minute.

Good luck! We’re all behind you! LET’S GO!!

This is it, Junior C**ts. 💚💛

One last training tonight before they take to the big stage on Saturday for a crack at BACK TO BACK Premierships.

They’ve earned it, and they’re ready to give it everything. Now let’s make sure they’ve got a huge Mudlark crowd behind them when they do.

9.10am Saturday at Encounter Bay. Get there early. Get loud. Don’t be late!

One more Mudlarks. Let’s go! 🔰

A Grade Debut | Bodie McGarry 🔰

Wrapping up our 2026 A Grade debut posts, Round 16 saw Senior C**t Bodie McGarry get his first crack at A Grade footy.

Bodie loves his footy and brings plenty of passion to his game. He’s fiery, competitive and has plenty of potential as he makes the step into senior footy next year.

It was great to see him get his first opportunity at A Grade level this season. We’re looking forward to watching him continue to develop in the years ahead.

Congratulations, Bodie. A great achievement and hopefully the first of many in the green and gold. 💚💛

One team left standing. 💚💛

What an incredible effort from our Junior C**ts on Saturday. They stood tall in a great game of junior footy, fought it out right to the end and got the win over Mount Compass to book their spot in the GRAND FINAL!

After taking it out last year, they’ll now get the chance to go back to back when they take on McLaren Districts this Saturday at Encounter Bay.

Unfortunately Saturday also brought an end to the season for our Senior C**ts and Reserves. Not the result either team was chasing, but making it through to a Prelim is another bloody good effort. Hold your heads high, Mudlarks. 💚💛

But for now… WE’RE NOT DONE YET.

For the fifth year in a row, the Mudlarks will have a junior team playing on Grand Final day 👏🏼🔰

JUNIOR COLTS GRAND FINAL

We need everyone there early and ready to get around them.

GAME DAY 💚💛

Prelim Final time! Junior C**ts, Senior C**ts and Reserves all head to Yankalilla today with one last chance to book a spot in the Grand Final.

First game kicks off at 9:30am, so get there early, find the Mudlark area and get ready to make some noise!

Time to dig deep and get loud, Mudlarks. Wear your green and gold and get right behind our teams. Loud and proud, now’s the time to show your support! 💚💛

Good luck to all three teams, coaches and support crews today. Another fantastic season so far, let’s give it everything!

Today’s Game Day Sponsor is FP Ag. A big thank you for your ongoing support of the Mudlarks. 🙌

And good luck to Myponga Netball Club and their two junior teams playing in Grand Finals this morning!
