The belt doesn't change color.
It transforms... because you transform.
It's white at the beginning.
It's not purity.
It's absence.
There is no knowledge, but there is no conflict either.
There is no technique... but there's no doubt about it either.
It's a dangerous state, because you don't know what you don't.
And then you begin.
The first change is not learning.
It's rupture.
Yellow is not light.
It’s the first crack in ignorance.
You start to see... but you don't understand.
Say it again... but you don't understand.
And that creates tension.
Then the orange.
The fire.
Here comes the real effort.
the body resists. The mind gets tired.
You start failing more than you hit right.
And for the first time, you consider quitting.
Fire doesn't make you stronger.
It tests you.
After the green.
Growth is not linear.
It's unstable.
Making progress... throw back... doubts.
Some techniques do work.
Others fade under pressure
Many are deceived here:
they believe that improving is always moving forward.
It's not.
Then the blue.
The control shows up... but it's fragile.
Start to understand patterns.
Distance, rhythm, intention.
But here arises a bigger problem:
the illusion of domination.
You think you know... because you don't lose yourself so much anymore.
But you haven't really been tested yet.
After the purple one.
Here the body responds before the mind.
Please read. Anticipate. Adjusted.
But the enemy changes.
It's no longer the technique.
It's the ego.
Start defending your level.
Avoid situations where you can fail.
and without you realizing it ... you stop learning.
Then comes the brown.
No cute symbolism here.
It's weight.
Everything that you accumulated now defines you.
And it also limits you.
Your mistakes are more clear.
Your gaps, more evident.
You can no longer hide behind inexperience.
If you fail... it's you.
This is the point where many break.
Because moving forward requires letting go of what brought you here.
And few are willing to do it.
And finally .......... the black .
It's not the top.
It's the comeback.
After going through everything—the ignorance, the effort, the illusion of control, the weight of knowledge—the practitioner reaches a point where something breaks.
Not out side.
Onward inward.
Because he understands something he couldn't see before:
that all that he has learned ... they were just ways of getting closer, not the truth.
The black is not darkness by power.
It's dark because all the above is no longer enough.
Techniques are simple again.
The moves, basics.
The answers, straightforward.
The complex is falling apart.
No because it doesn't work....
but because it's no longer necessary to understand.
Here reappears the beginning.
But not as ignorance.
For clarity.
Back to basics, but with conscience.
Repeat the basics, but without anxiety.
You train not to outgrow... but to understand.
This is the point where the real road just begins.
Because now the practitioner is no longer looking to accumulate.
Seek to purge.
He no longer trains to prove.
Train to see.
And that changes everything.
The true path is not colored.
It's of destruction.
Destroy what you thought you knew.
Destroy what gave you security.
Destroy the need to be right.
Over and over again.
Not everyone gets to the black
So many reach the belt...
but they never cross that line.
Are you willing to go back to the basics..
when everyone thinks you know everything?
