Beaut of a day for training today and we'll be kicking things off at 4pm to get everyone through for a hit and then have another good fielding session. Will be a bit of free Club merch for new players to tuck into tonight as well. One item per person please.

Tunes at training this season will be fully collaborative, everyone is invited to add up to 10 tracks to the following playlist. There will be full accountability with naming and shaming for anything sh*te, so choose wisely!

Bar will be open after training for a beverage. Moneybags Keech will shout the bar for his birthday. We now have a full catalogue of fresh merch so anyone looking to kit themselves out just pop into the bar after training.

A reminder that the AGM is in one week, free dinner at that. Captains will also be announced. Have a think about joining the Committee and bring any general questions or comments you may have of the outgoing Committee. Usually only takes 30 minutes.

We also have a few scratch matches coming up so please let Juice know about your availability for interclub matches on 19 and 27 September and an intraclub on 20 September.

MUMCC Training

Much more promising forecast for training this week so we'll open up a bit earlier at 4pm to get more people through the nets and try and get some fielding in.

We have a few Club branded helmets and kit bags available. $350 for Shrey titanium, $260 for Shrey steel and $150 for Masuri with a MUMCC helmet clad. Kit bags are $200 and gym bags $50, and we'll even trade in your old kit bag for a $50 discount if it's still in reasonable nick. See Juice at training if interested.

Rain should hopefully start clearing soon for training from 4:30pm. If the nets are too wet for the bowlers then we'll rotate through the bowling machine, and we'll get some fielding drills going. Bar will hopefully be open afterwards if we can actually get into the joint and we can pop the footy on the TV.

Spring is here and that means we are back at Murdoch from 4:30pm! Our freshly refurbed synthetic nets are ready to go, however the run-ups are still recovering and we will need to manage the bowlers for a few weeks. We'll have a bowling machine set up and sidearms going in a couple of nets and bowlers rotating through one net. We will also start hitting the oval for some fielding.

The bar will also be open tonight as we get everything ready for the season ahead.

Our final session of pre-season training is tonight at ECT from 5pm. Make sure to get down 15 mins early and be ready to bowl at 5pm sharp so we can make the most of our time.
