Congratulations to former NORTHVALE JFC player Goy LOK on winning the Best and Fairest at Sandringham Football club in the VFL, Goy was proudly coached by Tim McEniry and finished up in our merged team with the Waverley Park Hawks. Well done on your ongoing footy journey...

3 years ago today... I guess in a way we were lucky Northvale never experienced the nightmare that is covid interrupted footy seasons!

Hi all, I regret to inform everyone that Merv Burns passed away this week and he will be remembered as a funny old bloke who loved the club and a cold beer!! A real character. He is pictured here with good mate Andy at a Sunday evening club night . He loved his scoreboard siren and donated many things to the club including a TV and coffee machines, player helmets etc.

His heart was in the right place even when he was calling us presidents at 1am with club issues... then forgot it all at the next meeting. He certainly was a character and will be missed by his family and friends...

Hi all... we are in position @ Jells Park.. look for our sign... we have shade but you will need chairs and a table, we have plenty of food and beer, wine etc... you may need a jumper later, doesn't look like rain for now but this is melbourne!! Hi All... it was a great final year at Northvale JFC and 2018 is nearly over... lets finish off with our annual Christmas Party @ Jells Park on Sunday 16th December from 12-4pm.Thx to our generous committee, snags, burgers and snacks will be provided as well as soft drink and whatever beer/wine was left over from our last functions... all u14s and u17s players and families are invited for a casual get together where the kids can also catch up.. BYO chairs and tables, esky etc

I will keep posting details but pleases let me know who is coming via inbox or comments .

Congratulations to 2018 Brownlow Medallist Tom Mitchell... son of Northvale 🔴&⚪Sydney Legend Barry Mitchell who won 4 Best & Fairest's at the Vales 76' 77' 78' and 80' where he learnt his midfield skills taking them through the AFL and no doubt passing them onto his son and protege...

Northvale JFC... the last round is on us... feel free to drop by for a drink or three tonight at the clubrooms... it'll be just a small cosy gathering of club regulars... dinner and snacks supplied thru the evening and the fridge is fully stocked... see you soon!!! ☺👌🍺🍗🏆🥂🍾🍷
