Hi any followers who see this - I’m going to be closing this page. I took up over 30s women’s soccer last year and fell in love. Outside that I get to the gym to focus on strength training, and I still love my yoga. I’ll always have a love for reformer pilates and feel so proud I opened my own studio with a newborn to have a career transition for a while (I’m back in media and communications now) - but I’m in a different phase of my life now and soccer obsessed (I’ve scored 3 goals this season compared to none last year!)

I have been LOVING my classes with the fabulous Jolan at and reminiscing/remembering the amazing things my body can do - including backbends on waterfalls 😆 so sharing a throwback to 6 years ago when - single and carefree - I made an impromptu decision to go on a yoga retreat to Langkawi. I’m daydreaming of Jolan’s Ubud retreat next year but will I be ready to say bye to Aubrey yet? 🙊
