A little glimpse into our last 2 weeks of adventuring around India with the amazing

Visiting ancient temples, meditating in caves, bathing in Ganges, visiting sacred sites, listening to stories, doing kirtan, satsang and ashtanga yoga - our beautiful group of yogis embraced every moment with so much love and grace.

We are so excited to introduce Rocio joining our team at Om 🤩🤩🤩

Rocio will be teaching Vinyasa on Sundays at 8am (starting 25 Jan) and Mysore along with Moksha 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

About Rocio 💫

Rocio has been guiding students for over 16 years, through the transformative paths of yoga, movement, breath, and inner connection. Her practice spans over two decades, and it continues to evolve.

She has practiced with some incredible teachers from places such as India, Nepal, London, Paris, New York, Madrid, and Mexico City, each one offering perspectives that expanded her understanding of the body, the mind, and the subtle layers of the practice.

Rocio is a Level 2 Authorized Teacher from SYC, Mysore, India, one of the highest acknowledgments within the traditional Ashtanga lineage. However she teaches teach different styles of Yoga, weaving together the strength of Ashtanga, the flow of Vinyasa, the stillness of Yin, the grounding of Restorative, the clarity of Hatha, and the quiet presence of meditation. She loves creating classes that feel grounding, challenging, nurturing, and energetically intentional.
