So excited to have graduated my Facilitator program for Breathwork for kids ❤️ I learned so much from and her awesome lecturers in this course I’m very grateful and can’t wait to share this knowledge far and wide!!

In 2025 I put on 12 kilos of much needed weight but honestly it was a dirty bulk 😏 Iced mocha with ice cream played a big role and whilst it was delicious it was not ideal 😂 Locking in today on getting rid of the aches and pains with some healthier yet still delicious foods and some breathwork focused on alleviating the symptoms. This year is about being my healthiest in all areas and I’m here for it ❤️
