Anna Rimmer - Yoga Farm founder, equine assisted therapist, yoga/meditation teacher and Reiki practitioner. Anna will be guiding meditations with the herd and fireside at sunrise.

Caroline Tremaine — Somatic Reset Coach and sound healer with the voice of an angel. She’s bringing her whole magnificent array of instruments with her — including a harp.

Steph Sanzaro is an intuitive energy healer who will be weaving her intuitive healing work throughout your yin classes - a truly divine combination.

Shosh is running our clay workshop, getting us all hands-in-the-earth and into creative flow.

And Katie McCann will be nourishing our bellies all weekend from our home overlooking Thomason’s Creek which will be HQ during your stay.

This retreat doesn’t promise anything except time and space to reconnect with yourself & nature… and to learn (and unlearn) a lot about yourself from your time with our facilitators and through deep connection with our herd of 6 therapy horses.

I’m Anna, your host — equine assisted therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and Reiki practitioner. I’ll be with the herd for our equine and fireside meditations all weekend.

Caroline Tremaine is one of my oldest and dearest friends — a Somatic Reset Coach and Sound Healer living the Byron Bay life, with the voice of an angel. She’s bringing her whole magnificent array of instruments down with her — even a harp — and through yin she’ll be placing bowls and tuning forks right on the body.

Steph Sanzaro is a regular face here at Yoga Farm — I call her Healer Girl. Half my age, but her intuitive energy work is powerful, and she’ll be teaching yin across the weekend too.

Shosh is running our clay workshop, getting us all hands-in-the-earth and into creative flow.

And Katie McCann is nourishing our bellies all weekend — probably singing up a storm in the kitchen while she prepares our meals in our home that will be HQ during your stay.
