School holiday family fun 🌴🎣

The Mossman Boat & Fishing Club is celebrating 50 years with their River to Reef Rumble Family Fun Day!

📅 Sunday 4th October | 2–5pm

📍 33 Rankin Street, Newell Beach

Lots happening for the kids, with food vans, face painting, cultural activities, jumping castle and more.

🌭 Mossman & District Gymnastics Club will also be there running the sausage sizzle — pop over and support them!

A great afternoon out for local families 💛

From Mossman to representing Australia 🇦🇺🤸‍♀️
How special to see where Tali’s gymnastics journey has taken her.

Tali began gymnastics right here at Mossman District Gymnastics, before continuing her training in Cairns and then making the huge move to Brisbane at just 17 to pursue her dream.

Now 22, she is the 2026 Australian National Level 10 Beam Champion and has been selected to represent Australia on an international gymnastics tour in America. 💚💛

The tour is completely self-funded, with Tali raising $12,000 towards travel, uniforms, competition fees and other expenses.

We’re incredibly proud to have been a small part of where her journey began. If our community can get behind Tali by donating or simply sharing her fundraiser, it would mean so much. ❤️

Once a Mossman gymnast, always part of the family. 🤸‍♀️✨

A huge thank you to Hollie and the Port Douglas Community Service Network for bringing everyone together for today’s Family Fun Day at Rex Smeal Park.

It was so lovely seeing local services, families and our community connecting in the one space - with plenty of happy little people enjoying themselves too! 🌿☀️
