I’ve been a member at Oasis for many years and truly love the strong sense of community here. That’s why I’m so excited to be bringing my personal training business into this space and sharing my passion for fitness with you.

With over 20 years of experience as an aged care nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to build and maintain muscle mass to support strength and independence at every stage of life.

Whether you’re just starting out, returning after a break, or building on your fitness, my goal is to support you in a way that feels safe, achievable, and empowering—so you can feel stronger, more confident, and capable for years to come.

We’re excited to announce that YOGA with the lovely Ivana will be kicking off this Saturday from 10.15am-11am 🥳

*Please also note our last class for the year will be on Tuesday 23rd at 9.15am, there will be no Strong class at 7pm*
