One last Indoor session next Sunday week- 13th Sept. in the School Hall ( no training 6th Sept-due to Fathers Day)

Outdoor sessions start this Wednesday 2nd Sept. @ Huntfield Heights Primary School- Melsetter Rd. (on oval by playground & shade pergola)

If weather is 🌧️⛈️ we will post a cancellation notification on this page by 3.30pm approx. on the date/afternoon of the session. If nothing posted re cancelation, Come N Try + Pre-Season training will go ahead as date & times detailed below.

STARTING TOMORROW - Sunday 23/08/26- Car loaded with gear-Ready to go! Spare Gloves if you do not have 1 with plenty of equipment for Seniors & Juniors (u13) to hone your skills or for you to learn our great game of Softball🥎 Parking in side street (Melfort Rd.) as no admittance to any School Carparks sadly & appears yellow lines all along Melsetter Rd.- Look for our club sign on School fence next to entry gate (Melsetter Rd. near school crossing) Come through the gate (unlock child lock ensuring you close the gate after entry please) follow signs to School Office & you will see the School Hall (will also have a club sign out the front of Hall.) Why not bring a friend or friends- the more the merrier 🥰 Come along and join in the fun whilst learning or freshening up your skills of Softball. 🥎❤️🤍🖤🥎 See you there!

New senior players & Juniors 10-13yo (U/13) wanted.
Pre-Season+ Come N Try sessions are FREE to attend ... come along & give Softball a go - no experience required & we can provide equipment.
Sessions are being held @ Huntfield Heights Primary School 78 Melsetter Rd. Huntfield Heights (whilst the other sports finish up their Winter seasons and we can then use the greenspace required)

We are wanting to find someone interested in learning to be a team scorer for our club- some knowledge of Softball/Baseball positions/plays an advantage but not necessary.... we will teach you. Please note this is not a paid job, it is a voluntary position that is very rewarding with lots of fun, laughter & friendships to be made along the way. Congratulations to Kevin “KT” Tannebring on being recognised in the 2026 King’s Birthday Honours 👏🇦🇺

For decades, KT has been a constant presence in Australian softball, not only as a highly respected national umpire, but as someone who has always gone above and beyond for the people around him. From officiating more than 350 national games to mentoring umpires, supporting clubs and quietly helping wherever needed, his contribution to the sport has been immeasurable.

A recipient of multiple major softball honours, including the Lyle Tyler Award, Vivienne Triplett Award, Umpire of the Year and Volunteer of the Year, Kevin is admired across the country for his dedication, generosity and genuine care for the softball community 💚💛

His impact has also stretched far beyond the diamond through years of volunteer work in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands, helping communities build and grow the game from the ground up.
