One of the coolest things about jiu jitsu is seeing people of all ages learning the same sport in their own way.

Everyone learns differently, everyone moves at their own pace, and there’s always something new to figure out.

There’s no “right” age to start. You just start where you’re at and go from there. 🤜🤛

Big day for the Floki team on Saturday 🏆

We headed down to the Synergy competition and honestly, couldn’t be more proud.

A huge well done to everyone who got on the mats and competed. Win, lose, or learn, it takes guts to step out there, test yourself, and represent the team.

Absolutely thrilled with everyone’s performances, and was very excited to see Floki take out 3rd overall with a trophy to bring to the gym. 🥉

Massive thank you as well to everyone from the team who came down to support, cheer, coach, film, and back each other throughout the day.

That’s what makes this team so special. 🤜🤛

Thanks for such a great day, we'll be back.
