ALICE IN WONDERLAND
7pm Set 1 an hour of glamourous Bellydance performances including solo performances by world famous Bellydance superstars Jillina Carlano and Luna Pumian.
8pm Intermission ½ hr
8.30pm Set 2: With an international cast of 27 including our very own “Aussies”, step into a world of whimsy and wonder as Jillina’s BDExperience reimagines the timeless tale of Alice in Wonderland through mesmerizing dance, stunning costumes, and theatrical storytelling.
Join Alice on her extraordinary journey as she falls down the rabbit hole into a surreal realm filled with curious characters, captivating adventures, and unexpected twists.
From the playful Mad Hatter to the enigmatic Cheshire Cat, each iconic character is brought to life through a vibrant fusion of bellydance, contemporary, and theatrical styles. Witness the Queen of Hearts’ dramatic reign, the White Rabbit’s frenetic urgency, and Alice’s quest to find her true self in a world where nothing is as it seems.

*Instructors are no longer required to check vaccination status
*Vaccination is no longer mandatory to attend classes
*No more checking into the studio
CLOSE CONTACTS/ QUARANTINE / ISOLATION
*Close contacts no longer have to quarantine – provided they wear a face mask indoors and avoid sensitive settings ie Aged care facilities. # # Close contacts please wear a mask to class. If you're worried you may like to RAT test prior to attending.
*Close contacts will also need to undertake at least five negative rapid tests over the seven days that would previously have been the self-quarantine period.
* People are exempt from testing or quarantine for 12 weeks after they’ve had COVID-19
* The essential requirement to isolate for seven days following a COVID-19 diagnosis is retained.

Our studio is having a facelift with the new name Studio 25 (formerly Studio Isis) and slogan “More than dance”
The front window says it all! Proudly owned by Shimmying Flames Belly Dance we have maintained our slightly Egyptian theme whilst displaying what we offer as hire space to other genres. Inside you’ll see bellydancers shimmying, ballroom dancers swirling, hip hop leaping, Zumba sweating, tai chi balancing.
We currently have hire space available so enquiries are welcome.
