Congratulations to Paul Johnson, who recorded his first-ever hole-in-one on the 14th hole today.
Playing in benign conditions, Paul struck the perfect shot and was delighted to see his ball find the bottom of the cup. Members also joined in the celebrations, enjoying a Tar Barrel Cheviot whisky courtesy of Paul.

Entries Now Open – 2027 Mornington Ladies Classic

Mornington Golf Club is delighted to invite you to be part of our 18th Annual Ladies Classic, to be held on Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 January 2027.

This popular two-day event continues to attract a fantastic field each year, combining great golf, friendly competition and the renowned hospitality of Mornington Golf Club.

The tournament features:

36 holes of Stableford competition
A, B & C Grade divisions
18-hole and 36-hole trophies
8.00am shotgun start on both days
Two-course lunch included each day
Open to amateur golfers who are members of a registered golf club with a Golf Australia handicap (maximum daily handicap of 45).
Whether you’re returning for another Ladies Classic or joining us for the first time, you’ll enjoy two memorable days of golf on one of Victoria’s premier courses, with stunning views across Port Phillip Bay and a welcoming club atmosphere.

Entries close on Saturday 5 December 2026, or earlier if the field reaches capacity, so we encourage players to enter as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Brad was in outstanding form, recording an incredible seven birdies on his way to securing the prestigious Monthly Medal with 43pts. A round featuring that many birdies is always something special and a testament to the quality of golf Brad produced throughout the day.
