What a way to kick off the spring! 🔥
The very first Group 1 of the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival has just been won by a son of Bivouac!
Despite his oldest progeny being only three-year-olds, Bivouac has already sired the winners of eight Group races—including four at Group 1 level!!
It’s a hugely exciting result for our Bivouac x Free Thrills chestnut filly. She is by one of the hottest young stallions in Australia and was bred by Rosemont Stud.
Jason and Rosemont Stud have enjoyed a wonderful history of success together—particularly with talented chestnut fillies—and this girl looks like she could be the next exciting chapter.
Rosemont has bred and raised an outstanding list of elite racehorses, and this filly has been given every opportunity from the day she was born.
She will be showcased at Mornington tomorrow. With just 10% remaining, this is the very last opportunity to join her ownership group.
Don’t miss your chance to race this exciting filly with Jason Warren Racing and Rosemont Stud! 🏇✨
Have a look at her under saddle and hear Jason’s thoughts on her in this video 👇

FLYER 🏆
What a thrill to see this tough mare get the job done Saturday at Caulfield for the dream team Rosemont Stud and Jason Warren Racing.
Out of the wonderful mare Miss Toorak Flyer, Flyer continues a family that just keeps producing winners. Treasurway and Flyer — both Group 3 winners — are such a credit to the mare and to the Rosemont breeding operation. We love the way this family keeps turning up and producing racehorses with heart.
A beautiful, patient ride from Zac Spain. When the favourite looked to have every chance, Zac knew the horse he had underneath him, trusted her, and used her at exactly the right time.
We would also like to acknowledge and thank the Miller family, with today’s race Melbourne Racing Club named in honour of Ian Miller — it was very special to win a race carrying such a meaningful name.
A huge shout out to Makisha Salter, who had a very hot horse on her hands today. Flyer was certainly not easy to handle, but Makisha managed her beautifully and did it all with a smile on her face. We are so grateful.
A super training effort from Jason Warren and the whole team at Karasi Park. We are incredibly thankful for the ongoing support of Eric Musgrove, and it is wonderful to see our horses thriving in their new training environment.
Congratulations to Rosemont Stud and everyone involved with Flyer. 💛💙
