Why would you use us to go from 0 to being able to run 5km
Yep it’s not rocket science you can follow a program from the internet
But like a lot of us we try something on our own and stop when life gets in the way
Having a coach to be present is a good way to keep you on to finish
a program or a goal
It’s just 5 weeks goes by in a blink and it’s an adventure in trying something that is helpful
to lots of things in your day to day life

Start of week 3 of 5 weeks this morning…. Warm up 5 mins followed by our main set then a stretch to finish out the morning… what a great way to start the day with a purpose and exercise

Yep, we can... just finished week two with only the weekend homework to complete...we have started to create habits and routines in a group that is alone but not alone..so together we move forward for ourselves our groupmates, and our accountability to finish off our 5 week journey...just being ourselves...movement mindset and fun
