What a beautiful evening for our Full Moon Hike tonight! 🌕✨

The rain cleared, there was barely a breeze, and the weather was absolutely divine.

We had such a wonderful group join us, with almost three-quarters experiencing their first Walk Mornington Peninsula hike! I loved chatting with you all along the way.

We stopped at Bushrangers Bay for our letting-go ceremony before completing our 5km hike beneath the stars at Cape Schanck.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us tonight. I hope to see you all again soon! And a huge thank you to Michael for all his help and support, as always. 💛

What more could you ask for on a Sunday morning? 🥾🍃☀️

Today we enjoyed a beautiful 6.5km hike around Arthurs Seat and through Seawinds Gardens. Barely any wind, temperatures above 10 degrees, which is always nice for hiking…and such a great group of people with plenty of good vibes.

I was a little light on with the photos today…I was far too busy enjoying the conversations along the way! 😄

Most of us finished the morning with coffee and breakfast at a local café, and now we’re all set for the week ahead. ☕️💛

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us today. Keep an eye out, we’ll be uploading some new hikes this week!💫

Well… tonight’s 4km Kids Glow Hike at Arthurs Seat turned into a slightly bigger 5.5km adventure! 😂🦘

We were so busy spotting kangaroos that we wandered a little further than planned, but every single one of the kids completed it and did an absolutely amazing job!

We spotted around 25 kangaroos, explored the trails after dark and finished with very well-earned hot chocolates, marshmallows, whipped cream and cookies. ☕️✨

What a fantastic evening with such lovely children and wonderful parents. Thank you so much to everyone who joined us, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did!

And a big thank you to Michael for lending a hand and helping to make sure everyone returned safely. 💛

A teeny, tiny crew for this morning’s 12.5km coastal hike from Gunnamatta to Rye! 🥾🌊

With a few people unfortunately unwell, our group was smaller than expected, but what a beautiful morning we had. This is quite a strenuous hike, combining the rugged coastal track with stretches of beach walking, but it is incredibly rewarding.

We set off at 8am and finished around 11am, with a couple of breaks along the way to simply stop and admire the scenery. The weather had us a little worried at first, but it turned into the most beautiful morning. 🤍

Next up, we’re looking forward to welcoming our little adventurers for tonight’s Kids Glow Hike, followed by another lovely group of hikers at Arthurs Seat tomorrow!

If you would like to join us tomorrow for a stunning 6km hike at Arthurs Seat, please jump on our website!

See you soon,
Taryn

A little milestone that feels pretty special.

Our Walk Mornington Peninsula community has now grown to more than 50,000 people across Facebook and Instagram.

Whether you’ve joined us for a hike, followed along from home, shared a post, tagged a friend, recommended us to someone or simply enjoyed seeing a little more of this beautiful part of the world…thank you.

I really do appreciate every bit of support. 🤍
And there’s plenty more adventure to come.

Over $350,000 raised. 🤍🎉👏
Very proud to have supported the Giant Steps Melbourne 10th Anniversary Fundraising Ball, which raised an incredible $350,000+ for children and young adults on the autism spectrum.

Walk MP donated a private hiking experience for 10 guests, including a beautiful charcuterie platter, to the silent auction.

Even better, the family who successfully bid has already been in touch, and they are so excited! We can’t wait to create a very special day for them. 🌿🥾

Congratulations to the entire Giant Steps Melbourne community. We were very happy to play a small part. 🤍

Flinders Clifftop Hike ☀️🌊🥾**

What an absolutely stunning Melbourne winter’s day for our Flinders Clifftop Hike!

Blue skies, sunshine and barely a breath of wind, pretty much perfect conditions for making our way across those spectacular cliff tops overlooking the coast. 💙

This hike certainly has its challenges, particularly after we’ve had plenty of rain… and yes, there was **a LOT of mud** involved today. 😂 But everyone took it in their stride and we somehow made it through relatively gracefully!

More than anything, it was just such a lovely morning spent with a wonderful group of people. Great conversation, plenty of laughs and some seriously beautiful scenery along the way.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us this morning. I’m always incredibly grateful that you choose to spend your weekend out on the trails with Walk MP.

I hope to see you all again very soon. 🍃
