Mike’s 6am, now with added Ryan. Well, he’s usually here, but he taught some particularly nasty chokes this morning. The consensus was, yep don’t let them get that. A great start to the week!

Mike filled in for Jason’s Friday night fundamentals class tonight, and absolutely did not teach fundamentals😁 but in his defence, the class was all blue, purple and black belts. Attacking high and low from the Z guard was on the cards tonight

This afternoon, Dace, Mike, Tim and Jake went down to to learn from the legend who is visiting from the U.S. an amazing seminar from one of the great minds of jiu jitsu. The lads all came away from the seminar inspired with new knowledge. An afternoon well spent
