Hi 👋🏼 I'm Julie from Hustle Hub Cheltenham.

Your local MumSafe Trainer looking after mums of Cheltenham and surrounds.

I offer Small Group Training | Women’s Strength Training | Pre & Postnatal Exercise

As a MumSafe Trainer and mum of 2 boys aged 12 and 16 I am committed to inspire mums to take time out for themselves - physically, mentally and emotionally by embracing movement, building confidence and leading a balanced lifestyle.

I’m passionate about creating a fun, welcoming environment where every mum feels safe, supported and never judged, no matter where they’re at in their journey. For me, fitness isn’t just about the workout, it’s about showing up for yourself, especially on the tough days.

One of the things I value most is helping mums lead by example. When kids see their mum prioritising movement and self-care, even with a baby on the hip or a toddler in tow, they learn the importance of looking after their bodies and minds too.

Seeing women walk into the studio exhausted and walk out energised, that’s what drives me.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress, support and reminding mums that putting themselves first isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

Here's a few fun facts about me:

⭐️ I love spending time with people who fill my cup, laughing, reading, family time and making people happy.
⭐️ I do not like being late for anything!
⭐️ My favourite food is hot chips! Especially English ones.
⭐️ When I'm not training mums you will find me hanging with the family, spending time at home. Working!! Always things to do.
⭐️ My favourite type of exercise is strength training.

No matter your fitness level, no matter how long it has been, this is where we start. Every. Single. Time.

Your core and pelvic floor are the foundation of everything we build together. It might be tempting to rush this part, but giving your body time to rebuild is so important for your long-term strength and wellbeing.

For some mums this phase moves quickly, for others it takes longer. Both are completely okay, we go at the pace your body needs.

Here are your 3 foundational exercises for today:

Pelvic floor and core breathing
Single leg slide
Bird dog

Save this post, try these today.

So many mums we work with feel like they’re not doing enough or getting it right. So we help them to change the language they use toward themselves

When you change the story, everything shifts.

If this landed for you, save it for the days you need the reminder ❤️

Some days, there’s simply no energy for a workout or even a walk. On those days, we ask our mums to do one thing: take ten slow, intentional breaths.

What a lot of people don’t realise is that fatigue goes beyond simply feeling tired. Your nervous system can be carrying a lot of load too, so on those days, pushing through isn’t necessarily going to help. Your body may need you to slow down and give it a chance to recover.

This is what training looks like when it works with a mum’s life, rather than against it. Keep it simple, make it count and make it something you can actually stick with.

As a MumSafe trainer we will never tell you that rest does not count or that a gentle day is a wasted day. Because we know that the mum who shows up consistently, even in the smallest way, is the one who gets the results.

Save this post for when you need it most.

Why "It Was a Normal Birth" Doesn't Mean It Wasn't Traumatic 11/08/2026

Myth: If your birth was "normal," it couldn't have been traumatic.

Truth: Just because the medical outcome was okay doesn’t mean the experience was okay for you.

You can have zero complications and still feel like something was taken from you in that room. You can appreciate the good parts and still acknowledge that some of it was really hard.

Some signs it might still be sitting in your body:
✨ Feeling disconnected from yourself during or after birth
✨ Dread before a scan or a next pregnancy
✨ Tension in your hips, shoulders or pelvic floor with no clear cause
✨ A feeling that something's "off," even when tests say otherwise

If any of this is landing, we want you to know: you don't need a horror story for your experience to matter. Your feelings are valid, exactly as they are ❤️

We're here to support you, at your pace, every step of the way.
