Leo it’s been our privilege to have been there with you since 2017. Watching you race and stand on many podiums. We are so proud of you and loved that you ended up with another 1st in SBX to end your final Victorian Interschools. You were so close to another 1st in GS but you unfortunately got a lot of low cloud in your final run to come 2nd by 0.08 you should be so proud as it is such a massive achievement. Sorry we weren’t able to be there to see your last races but we were watching it live and cheering you on. Congratulations 🥇 🥈

Sorry I was unable to share the original post so I have copied it from Danny. Now this is gonna take a minute…a very emotional post marking the end of an amazing ride. 11 years of Interschools has come to an end. A state champion (multiple times) just a bit of icing on the cake which formed life long memories and friendships.

Biggest thanks to sponsor and friends from the start Troy McNeill Tania McNeill of Mac’s Snow Sports for all our equipment and help in introducing us to the Victorian Snow scene.
Countless Buller, Hotham and Cardrona people (especially Katie Tsuyuki Donek snowboards) for the love and support .

At a turbulent time of this 6 year olds life the son of a single-dad-labourer got to experience 12 amazing snow winters in 2 countries, got to ride with, against ,coached and encouraged by some of the worlds best. The snowboarding community is amazing! - NOT (necessarily always) “a rich persons sport.”

Again thanks everyone for the love and memories. Leo and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
See you guys down the road or on a hill .
God Bless, love Danny and Leo.
