We use our experience and knowledge to make your training a regular, consistent and enjoyable experience which will allow you to achieve your personal goals and help you lead a more complete lifestyle no matter what stage of the lifecycle you are at! To transform your goals into reality we travel to you to ensure your busy lifestyle doesn't effect your ability to train and keep fit! Dekstars will "be there" to encourage and help guide you on your path to reach for the "stars".

6.30am - 7am Tuesday and Thursday - Cartledge Reserve, Valentine St, Ivanhoe.
6am - 6.30am Wednesday and Saturday - Moonee Valley Athletics Track, Corio St, Moonee Ponds (meet in the Carpark).
7am - 7.30am Monday and Wednesday - Yarraville Gardens, Hyde St, Yarraville.
