ZUMBA® is not just dance based fitness. Many different styles have been developed to make sure ZUMBA® has a workout or class to suit everybody. I have many what we call speciality trainings under my belt
since starting out in March 2015. ZUMBA® Fitness - ZUMBA® Gold (including chair) - ZUMBA® Toning - ZUMBA® Toning Gold - Aqua ZUMBA® - Sentao ZUMBA®- Strong Nation® (HIIT) - ZUMBA® Kids & Kids Jnr - CIRCL Mobility. In 2016 ZUMBA® created a HIIT style STRONG by ZUMBA® now STRONG NATION. They are the first to custom make their music based around the movement, not the movement based on the music. They have done the same with my newest training CIRCL MOBILITY, only it is more magical as they have incorporated healing sounds (Beats & frequencies) proven to calm the physically & mentally.

A few changes to Aqua Zumba®️ currently held at the Coffs Harbour Aquatic Centre.

🌀 From today I work as an instructor, not a hirer.
🌀 You will pay for each class at the counter.
🌀 CHAC have increased the fee to $15 casual visit with options to buy 10 or 20 class passes. See the venue for pricing.

📍I will honour my punchcards that have credit.
I will chat to the few that are affected.

🌊 11.00am Tuesday & Thursday
50 minute class.

We use these in part of my 'SPICE OF LIFE' variety class I developed, including 12 minute standing CIRCL Mobility™️ at the conclusion. A complete ALL over body work out with cool breathwork.

I'M STILL STANDING AFTER ALL THIS TIME, lol 🤣
Ya can't keep a good girl down.
Just squashing those rumours circulating that I have retired from ZUMBA®️. There seems to be a misconception circulating due to me posting about handing over one of my classes to fellow ZIN & friend Mandy Farrow .
12 years as Zumba®️ instructor & still going strong making many students feeling confident, strong & part of a warm community.
