I was reminded today by a good friend, how our own power is expressed and kept intact by choosing carefully what and who we allow to affect us emotionally and question it when we feel triggered. We must hammer it in as a habit to take immediate 5 min break when being triggered, so the mind can process and catch up with the reactive parts, creating a bridge from the reactive side all the way to the other thinking side.
Emotions lead to reactions. Sometimes too fast. And it creates a chain of events.
I found this song that resonates with my message. The story in the video or characters may not be relevant to you, but the message of it is for all of us, as we can cross-affect each other.
