After coming to Aquabliss for a couple of years, this swimmer now enjoys getting in the pool 2 to 3 times a week, swimming up to 1 to 2 kilometres each session.

Jamie started at Aquabliss six months ago as a Starfish swimmer, learning the foundations of swimming from floating and breath control to arm strokes and leg kicks.
