Happy International Dog Day to my two beautiful boys, Back and Molly.
The best 12 years of my life have been made so much better because of you two. The unconditional love, the laughs, the cuddles, the adventures and even the chaos I wouldn’t change a thing.
You’re not just dogs, you’re family. My first babies, my constant companions and two of the biggest pieces of my heart.
Here’s to many more walks, cuddles and memories together.
Love you both
❤️

I’m so proud of Nicky completing the Tour De Cure yesterday!
She put in the yard at training and had a fun and enjoyable walk with friends! We are so proud of you! 👏🏼

THE DISTRACTIONS WILL ALWAYS BE THERE.
You’re tired.
You’re busy.
The kids need you.
Work is hectic.
Your motivation has disappeared.
You’ve got dinner to make.
You’re just not feeling it today.
Sound familiar?
Here’s the thing… life doesn’t suddenly get less busy.
If you wait for the perfect time to train, you’ll be waiting forever.
Instead, learn to work around the distractions.
Schedule your training like an appointment
Pack your bag the night before
Have a backup 20-minute workout for busy days
Stop aiming for perfect aim for consistent
Remember why you started
On the days you REALLY don’t want to go… just start
You don’t need more motivation.
You need a plan that fits into your real life.
Because the goal isn’t to train perfectly every week.
