Our doors may be closed for now but our online journey continues Grateful we can keep doing what we love in these challenging times. Even our beloved pets like to inspire us to keep going. Bless🥰

It's been 3 months of Online classes since the studio closed in March and Melbourne clients have been able to keep up their pilates training online during this time! And we've been working with new clients who are in the top end of the country in the Northern Territory as well as the ACT and South Australia too!
As of 22nd June the studio is now open again and we are now running a mix of studio and online pilates classes!

Beautiful day at the beach

Lazy Sundays in the studio after working legs and hips on the reformer! Finished off with a few mat exercises. That's when I saw the beauty of nature outside my windows 🌸

A gift arrived on my doorstop last evening from my beautiful clients Elise and Cliff with the words "beautiful things grow in isolation". I hope everyone has been able to find their own jewel of beauty at this time xx

In my neighbourhood many are placing teddy bears at a front window reminding us that though we may be hidden inside our homes we still desire communication and have empathy for each other during Covid 19 lockdown!
