We’re going back to India. 🇮🇳💕

After nine days travelling through India with the most incredible group, I knew before we’d even finished the trip that we had to do it again.

But this time, we’re doing it a little differently.

In March 2027, you can join us for Jaipur, Delhi + IHGF, or come along for the whole experience.

And I really want to make something clear.

This isn’t nine days of walking around factories. 😂

Yes, there will be sourcing.

There will be manufacturers, factories, new products, conversations, contacts and opportunities you simply don’t get sitting behind a laptop at home.

But there will also be beautiful hotels, incredible food, shopping, culture, experiences, a LOT of laughs and the chance to actually experience India.

Jaipur | 10–14 March 2027
Four nights in the Pink City, with a little more emphasis on experiencing everything Jaipur has to offer.

Delhi + IHGF | 14–19 March 2027
Five nights with a much bigger sourcing focus, centred around IHGF and access to thousands of Indian manufacturers and exporters.

Do one. Do both.

There are only 10 places.

Should we do it again? 🇮🇳💕

Nine days.
Four cities.
Factories, manufacturers, markets, incredible food, ridiculous hotels, shopping, a lot of laughs and one very special group of women.

I came home from India with a full camera roll, about 700 new ideas and one question I kept getting over and over again…

When are you doing the next one?

Well.

I may have an answer 👀🇮🇳

March 2027.

That’s all I’m saying for now.

THE SOURCING DIARIES — SEASON THREE 🇮🇳
DAY NINE. THE FINAL DAY.

Nine days. Four cities. One very special group of people.

And there was really only one place we could finish this adventure.

The Taj Mahal at sunrise. 🇮🇳

I’ve now seen it three times and it still leaves me completely speechless.

Kate spent most of the morning saying, “I can’t believe this is real” and I think that pretty much summed it up for all of us.

Then it was back to the Oberoi for breakfast, a final day doing very little by the pool, a little too much sun for some of us 😂 and eventually the battle through Delhi traffic to start the long journey home.

And just like that, Season Three is over.

We came to India to source.

We visited factories, met suppliers, checked production, reviewed samples, explored wholesale stores and walked trade fairs.

But we also danced, ate ridiculous amounts of incredible food, stayed in some truly spectacular places, shopped, laughed, explored palaces, celebrated wins and made memories that had absolutely nothing to do with business.

And that’s exactly what I wanted this trip to be.

Because building a great business should also give you the opportunity to build a pretty incredible life around it.

To everyone who came along for the ride, thank you. ❤️

And to Deepak, Ruchi and Pratibha, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all happen, thank you. You are an extraordinary team.

India, you have been very, very good to us.

THE SOURCING DIARIES — SEASON THREE 🇮🇳
DAY EIGHT

And just like that, the goodbyes started. 🥹

We squeezed in one last early-morning jewellery factory visit in Jaipur, and this one REALLY impressed me.

Clean, organised, systemised and with an incredible library of existing designs that can be customised — such a smart option if you want to get into production without developing every single element from scratch.

Meanwhile, everyone was starting to head in different directions.

Sam was off to Pushkar with Deepak and Ruchi to visit a huge factory they’d organised for her, and it was time for us to say goodbye to Trine and little Willa. ❤️

From landing together in Delhi at 5am to factories, trade fairs, Udaipur, Jaipur and everything in between — having Willa along for the adventure made this trip pretty special.

Then the rest of us packed our bags, said goodbye to the divine Rajmahal and hit the road for our final stop…

Agra.

And I had promised the ladies ONE last wow hotel.

Hello, Oberoi Amarvilas. 😍

We checked in, took in that view and finished our final full night together with the most delicious dinner at Esphahan.

Eight days down.

One very special day left. 🇮🇳

THE SOURCING DIARIES — SEASON THREE 🇮🇳
DAY SEVEN

Jaipur, you really are something else. 🩷

Today had a little bit of everything.

Jewellery factories with Deepak and Ruchi, wholesale shopping for Trine and Sam, breakfast and dinner in the beautiful colonnade at Rajmahal… and one very special visit to City Palace.

Staying at Rajmahal meant we were able to enter through the royal entrance and get a little peek into areas reserved for the royal family.

Ruchi has been to City Palace MANY times and had never seen inside, so that made it feel even more special.

Then came PDKF, the Palace Atelier, a VERY late lunch at Baradari and, of course, a stop at Hawa Mahal.

And then back to Rajmahal to sit in the beautiful grounds and soak it all in.

I think that’s what I’ve loved most about this trip.

We’ve sourced. We’ve worked. We’ve visited factories. We’ve seen products actually being made.

But we’ve also properly experienced India.

And somehow we’re already at Day Seven of Nine. I genuinely don’t know where the time has gone. 🇮🇳
