“The only thing I didn’t like about it, was that I had to do it” -Deb (she secretly loved it)

This spicy workout uses a mat, a roller and some dumbbells. 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds per line.

Every Monday… (I mean moment)… is an opportunity to start again… (I mean make a better choice).

Don’t wait for Jan 1, Monday or Monday next week to start. Don’t throw in the towel after 1 missed session and or “bad meal”. Move on from it and make the next thing you do, a better choice.

It’s not all or nothing. It’s not perfection at the cost of enjoying life. It’s balance. Make sure 80% of your choices are good ones.
