Nichols Point Cricket Club is excited to have the three Pocket Rockets again in 2026/27. All three continue to show huge growth with their cricket development and input into the club.

Antonio an up coming wicketkeeper/batter who debuted in 1st dvision last year likes to move the game along with the bat. Rohan's leg spin is sure to cause hassles for batters again this year with a career best of 5/17 and Lars's off spin bowling is hard to pick with a career best of 5-10. All three have also made a 50 with the bat.

We’re excited to welcome Colby Marr back to Nichols Point Cricket Club after returning from Adelaide following his schooling. Coming off a ripper 2025/26 season playing for Prince Alfred College, Woodville Cricket Club and Nichols Point whenever he was home, we are excited to see him return

Colby is an exciting young all-rounder who has already shown what he is capable of at First Division level, making an impact with both bat and ball when given his opportunities.

It’s great to have you back, Colby! 🏏

Congratulations to our Life Member John Mihaljevic who had an absolute day out today playing for the South Australian Red Bellies competing in the over 60s Spirit Of Cricket State Challenge Series. Scoring 15 off 16 balls and finishing the innings with 6/42 off 7.3 overs. Magic performing as though he has just turned 30. Good luck to back it all up again tomorrow at the onion patch 10am.

We are pumped to announce that Nick will be entering his 3rd season as coach of the Nichols Point Cricket Club.
Over the past two seasons, Nick has continued to grow into the coaching role and has helped the group make steady progress both on and off the field. Alongside coaching, Nick has also been a reliable contributor with the bat at the top of the order, providing consistency as an opening batsman.
Nick has enjoyed being part of the development of the playing group and is looking forward to continuing to work with the players and build on the progress made over the past two seasons. He was also the U/18 VCCL Premiership Coach for 25/26 and looking for the double this season.
We’re excited to have Nick back for season 2026/27 and look forward to another year ahead.
Congratulations Nick!
