Are you a Mum struggling to find time to exercise and have young kids at home?

Well I have you covered. Come along with the kids in tow to a class tailored to Mums! 👩

Come along to a physio led circuit based class each Wednesday morning at 9am ☺️

We cater to all fitness levels, injuries and limitations. Best part you get to move to some fun music and chat away with over ladies! 👯

🚨 LFA UPDATE 🚨

Thanks for being so patient as we adjust to life as a family of 4! We are settling in nicely and big sister is loving her new role!

I am aiming to start personal training session’s in the next couple of weeks so my regulars keep your eyes out for a message from me.

Body pump will be a little longer as I’m still recovering. I will do a pop up circuit based class within the next month.

‼️ Last Class ‼️

As most of you are aware our next little treasure is arriving soon! I’ve made the decision to do one more week of Pump and PT sessions before I rest and soak up these last moments as a family of 3!

I will be offering online coaching while I am off and recovering if this is something that you are after please reach out!

Hopefully I will be back with some circuit based classes once I have recovered and settled in with a new drill sergeant in toe! 🥰

I am so proud of these ladies for showing up each week and doing a circuit based class to keep their bodies moving, build strength, promote bone health and better yet socialise 🙌🏼

What are the benefits of strength training for older adults? 🤔
