At K.O. Fitness Miami we have a fully equipped weight training area located downstairs, you will also find our cardio area comprising of treadmills, bikes, rowing machines and more. You will find the boxing area located upstairs where all classes are held, these include boxing, kickboxing boxfit and kettlebell. Just pop in to the gym, pick up the phone, or, send us an email, we don’t bite (although the next day it might feel like we do – if we have done our job). There is no need to get fit before you come to my gym, our staff are welcoming, and our members are friendly locals of all sizes and ages ranging from 10 -85. It is an old school, down to earth, sweatshop, without pretence.
