🏆 15/3 Match report 🏆
We’re off to the GF after defeating 1st placed Connell’s Point 25-21! 🔥
This game was never separated by more than 1 goal going in to each break until our girls had their strongest finish all season in the final quarter. Whilst this wasn’t our most seamless performance, we stayed in touch and both ends never wavered from their strength and teamwork.
This will be a first grand final for some of these girls and we’re going to enjoy this week to try and bring it home for each other. Beyond proud of this group.
Coach Clare 💙

🏆 12/2 are GRAND FINAL BOUND! 🏆

🔥 42–20 WIN! 🔥
WHAT an achievement from these girls! After a nervous start, they settled, trusted each other and found their game – coming away with a brilliant 42–20 win and a place in the GRAND FINAL! 💙
And what makes this one even sweeter is just how far this team has come. After a challenging start to the season, these girls have continued to work, learn, grow and back each other – and now they’re Grand Final bound!

So incredibly proud of this team and everything they have achieved together. One more to go, girls!
Talent and teamwork got you here… temperament takes you further.
💙LET’S GO RIDGEBACKS! 💙

12/3 match report.

Today our girls came out strong. Our defence and passing down the court was fantastic to watch and timed so perfectly.

Our girls taking a firm lead into the third quarter. Unfortunately our girls were tired playing with no subs, injuries and illness took its toll and Sharks came back and got us 27-26 on the final seconds after the final siren went off.

Even tho there were shared tears over the final outcome. We are super proud of our girls how far they came this season and they have made beautiful friendships along the way.

Thank you Mark and Hollie for your continued support and knowledge over the season.

We look forward to seeing what next year has to offer.

What a fantastic finals game today for the 13 Div 3 team. We learnt so much from the game last week and the girls focused really hard on training and played a brilliant game against Gymea 2
Even though it didn’t end in our favour, the whole game was tight scoring and we got up in the last quarter by 3 and then literally in the final minute we got pipped by 1. Final score 27-26. The girls should be super proud as it was one of the best matches they played as a team. Thank you to Mikayla and Kayden their coaches for a fun and very successful season

Match report - 15/3
This was a game of sheer determination and grit. The girls played in the pouring rain, shoes filled with water for 60 minutes to end in a heart-stopping draw. 10 extra minutes defined this team and what they’re capable of and how much making next week meant to them. I was left speechless with tears as I could not have been more proud to see the girls smile and come together. The fight has been there all season and we’re pumped to see another week.

15/1 Match Report 💙

Not our day today, with our 15/1s going down in their semi-final.

The girls fought hard and kept working right until the end, but the great news is we’re not done yet!

We’ve earned another chance next week and will be ready to regroup, reset and come out fighting for a place in the Grand Final.

One more opportunity. Let’s make it count! 💙🤍

Match Report – 14/2’s Semifinal vs Sylvania
Score: 19–15
The 14/2’s stepped onto the court on Saturday looking more like they were preparing for a winter survival challenge than a netball semifinal. The rain was pelting sideways, the wind was icy, and every pass felt like it needed its own weather warning. But these girls? They showed up with heart, grit, and that trademark never‑give‑up attitude they’ve carried all season.
Despite the conditions trying their best to ruin any chance of clean play, the team pushed hard to play their game. Every centre pass was a battle, every drive was through puddles, and every shot was taken with rain stinging their faces. Still, they held strong.
The match stayed tight from start to finish. Going into the fourth quarter, the girls were clinging to a one‑goal lead, refusing to let the weather or Sylvania’s fierce defence shake them. The final term was all determination — smart passes, tough defence, and pure effort.
And then came the moment: the final whistle.
14/2’s WIN 19–15!
Coach Mark and all the parents couldn’t be prouder. The girls didn’t just win a semifinal — they proved exactly who they are as a team: resilient, tough, and united. Rain, wind, cold… none of it mattered.
Bring on the Grand Final!!
