EXL Personal Training

After 2 DNS, it had to be 3rd time lucky TCS Sydney Marathon 2026 - thanks to ASICS Running for giving me the opportunity. I entered the TCS 5km but came away with 2 medals in 2 days.

* for the 3km a day motivation in August (thanks for the donations too)
* family, friends and Exl pt clients for keeping home & gym germ free 🤦‍♀️paranoid about getting to the start line!
* Phil Gore for the motivation and distraction in taper week - check out Project 168 - simply amazing human.
* Sooooo many messages and at least 10 cheerios on course, never had it quite like that before and can't tell you how it helped. Thanks kids😍😍 Even thought a rogue Ishani was going to run with me to the finish🤣🏃‍♀️
What a day, tough but unforgettable, feel very lucky🙏
