Man o man, I gave it to myself today. An 8 step sword in slow time. Crazy is all I can say, but I got through it.

Did 2 x a 2 &1 sword. So that's technically a 4 & 2 sword. AND! I got the big swords out today Woo Hoo 🙌 getting it done.

Going for a 3 & 1 today. I almost had it. Just forgot how to go into the last step. I definitely felt like there was some improvements here. Toe is still sore. It's Blacker than in the photo, but got the pump on today, so that's a bonus.

Epic fail this morning. Got it in before the gym today. In my runners because of my toe from yesterday. Still hurt. But did not expect to kick the swordnin the first step or hit nit a few more times. Ah well! Still getting it done

I am MaMa Jo of MaMa Jo's Highland Dancers. I have been dancing for only 10 years and I have been a teacher for 4 and a half years. I'm 57 and have been all sizes and I continue to dance in competitions. I am extremely proud of what of I have achieved in my short dance journey.
One of my goals is inspire all older adults to get up and dance too. Just because I may not be a champion dancer, does not mean I don't have a place in the dancing world.
If you are older and you would love to dance, dm me and I can get you going. Zoom is available for anyone not close enough for face to face. I will be the one person who believes in you more than you believe in you. I will never be the one to say you shouldn't be doing it. I dance with multiple injuries and aches and pains and I still give the younger ones a run for their money. You can too.
DANCING IS LIFE!!! COME JOIN ME.

Another day of just getting it done.
I didn't get a lot of sleep last night, as I have myb3 month old twin grandsons sleeping over for a couple of days, and have been knackered all day, so this was the best I had in me.

Day 15. Big time royal fails today.
1. Forgot to press play andnonly took a photo.
2. Totally kicked the swordnoff the stage in the 1st step.
3. Went tondontoe and heelnstep in steadnof the quick step.

😆 🤣 😂

BUT! I did do it all to music, and I did get my timing right for my pdb's
