🏃 Wave 1 – 7:00am | 5:30+ min/km
🏃 Wave 2 – 7:30am | 4:30–5:30 min/km
🏃 Wave 3 – 8:00am | Sub 4:30 min/km
Once we arrive at Williamstown, we’ll finish the morning together with a team challenge on the ergs, aiming to burn 1,000 calories collectively.
