We start with a structured warm-up focusing on strength, posture, apparatus technique and flexibility. Then itβs time for apparatus handling, active & passive flexibility, before putting it all together in our routines.
We focus on maximising ex*****on scores, developing body & facial expression, and cleaning every detail so our gymnasts step onto the floor feeling confident and prepared. πͺπΌβ¨
