Ferm.shed Mamehana

We are aiming to work with local people and community to assist their sustainable and self/community sufficient living style.

Currently we are running workshops occasionally based on Japanese traditional cooking and fermentation. Also we are consulting and designing the garden to create a more healthy food connection.
