Our next Archery Beginners Courses are commencing in early June — and we can’t wait to welcome a new group of archers to the shooting line.

Over 4 weeks, we take you step-by-step through the process of building a strong, repeatable archery shot — all in a supportive, structured, and fun environment.

🏹 WEEK 1 – Building the Foundation
We focus on the structure of a good shot:
✔ Posture
✔ Stance
✔ Alignment

Just like a house, a good shot cannot be built on a shaky foundation.
We build your shot from the ground up.

We also begin the OzBow program with a 10m qualifying round.

🏹 WEEK 2 – Shot Preparation
How do we prepare to shoot effectively?

We explore:
✔ Bow hand position
✔ Finger placement on the string
✔ Anchor and facial reference points
✔ Alignment before ex*****on

Another 10m qualifying round helps consolidate what we’ve learnt.

🏹 WEEK 3 – Shot Ex*****on
Now we bring it all together.

We focus on:
✔ Effective aiming
✔ Releasing the string
✔ Follow through
✔ Building mental processes and focus

A 15m qualifying round tests the strength of what we’ve developed.

🏹 WEEK 4 – Consolidation & Moving Forward
Let’s put it all together with an 18m qualifying round.
