Rolling Substitution - Please remember: A rolling substitution must involve two players. A single player cannot “roll on” or “roll off” the court. If a team has 7 players taking the court, rolling substitutions should not be used. The full rules are available here: https://menanetball.com.au/rollingsubs/

Central Timing & injury
Our games are centrally timed, so timeouts are not permitted for injury, illness or blood as the games. However, matches may be stopped by the umpires at their discretion at any stage as considered appropriate to ensure the safety of players and maintain a safe playing area.

Let's make a SEA OF BLUE at the courts for Beyond Blue Mental Health Round during round 8 – 4 & 5 September.

Get involved & Bake for a great cause
We need your help! Cook up a “cupcake” storm or whip up a tasty treat and donate these to the Blue Round Stall during Round 8.

We invite all our parents, players, umpires and supporters to donate their cupcakes and homemade tasty treats during our Blue Round. The more cupcakes and tasty treats donated, the more funds we can raise for this great cause.

Please drop off treats Friday or Saturday.

Beyond Blue provide information and support for anxiety, depression, and su***de prevention for everyone in Australia.

Great opportunity to come and play netball ⬇️⬇️

OLNC are looking for new players to join the Club in 2027 and would love to see some new faces at training. So, throughout all of Term 4, we are opening up our training sessions for new players to come along and join our teams on the court.

We have teams in U9 through to Opens so if you are at beginner level and keen to start netball or are looking to get back into netball, we will have a team for you. All you need is a comfortable pair of runners and you can jump on court and have some fun.

Netball is a terrific way to:
· Make new friends
· Stay active & healthy
· Develop skills
· Be part of a terrific community

With access to indoor training facilities, training will always go ahead. For more information, please email [email protected] or contact Fran on 0414 326 622.
