πΈπ Lucas Khor β Trust the Process, Earn the Results ππΈ
On 3 July 2023, Lucas walked into PBA with a dream.
Less than a year later, on 9 February 2024, he earned selection into the Victoria State Team.
On 20 September 2024, he was selected to represent Victoria at the Yonex U13 & U17 National Teams Championships.
And now, on 19 May 2026, Lucas has once again been selected to represent Victoria at the prestigious U15 Val Nesbitt Trophy National Team Championships.
This journey wasnβt built overnight.
It was built through countless training sessions, early mornings, late nights, sore muscles, sacrifices, and the determination to improve every single day. While others see the medals, selections, and achievements, what they donβt see is the commitment, discipline, and work ethic that happen behind the scenes.
Every state selection is earned. Every opportunity is deserved. Every achievement is a reflection of the effort invested when nobody is watching.
Lucas continues to show that success is not about luckβit is about consistency, resilience, and having the courage to chase big goals. His growth over the past three years has been remarkable, and his journey is proof that hard work truly pays off.

Nathaniel Tsengβs journey is a true example of what consistent training, discipline, and dedication can achieve. Starting his badminton training at the age of 9 under the guidance of Sifu Ong Beng Teong, Nathaniel quickly developed a strong foundation through intensive and structured training sessions at PBA.
From footwork drills, multi-shuttle training, strength and conditioning, to developing match mentality and game strategies, Nathaniel has always shown the willingness to learn and improve. While many only see the medals and achievements, behind every success are countless hours spent on court pushing through tough training sessions, building endurance, speed, discipline, and mental toughness.
His commitment to training paid off when he was selected into the Victoria State Team at just 11 years old β a major milestone for such a young athlete. Nathaniel then continued to prove himself on the national stage with incredible achievements:
π₯ Australia National Junior U13 Boys Singles Silver Medalist
π₯ Australia National Junior U13 Boys Doubles Gold Medalist
What makes Nathaniel special is not only his talent, but also his attitude towards training. Always willing to work hard, stay focused, and give his best every session, he continues to grow into one of PBAβs promising young players.
