Sometimes your grip and wrists give out before your main muscles do—and that can hold you back from lifting heavier.

Long-term, the goal is always to build stronger grip and wrist stability. But in the meantime, wrist wraps are a simple tool that can help immediately.

They support your wrists, keep them more stable, and reduce that “wobble” when you’re pushing heavier weights—especially during pressing movements like bench press or overhead press.
