Very special day for me today. My 8-year-old daughter Amira steps into the ring for her very first exhibition bout. As her dad and her coach, I couldn’t be prouder of the courage and confidence she’s shown to get in there at such a young age. Today isn’t about winning or losing, it’s about enjoying the experience, learning and having the courage to step through those ropes. Go out there, have fun and enjoy your moment, Amira. Dad is already so proud of you.

A big thank you to My BioHealth for looking after the boys and helping with their recovery leading into fight weekend. Recovery is a massive part of preparation, and we appreciate the support in making sure the boys are feeling fresh, recovered and ready to perform.

Now the work is done. Time to go out there and put it all together. 👊
