Just wrapped the State Poomsae Championship with all 10 of our athletes medalling: 7 gold medals 🥇, 5 silver medals 🥈, 3 bronze medals 🥉. National Championship is next 🥇!

We just finished an exciting and emotionally rewarding State sparring championship today. Hearing “V-Dragon” chanted throughout the venue gave us all goosebumps.
Our athletes and coaches performed exceptionally well. V-Dragon competitors faced stiff competition across multiple divisions—quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals until the end of the date—and delivered outstanding results.
Final tally:
🥇 Gold: Thuan (Nick), Leon, Abbie, Thao (Lucy) — 4 medals
🥈 Silver: Elly, Hy, Brian, Gordon — 4 medals
🥉 Bronze: Lucas, Eddy — 2 medals

Sparring time: not only do we learn technique—how to move, kick, and punch effectively—but we also build resilience and mental toughness.

First Grading of 2026 – Congratulations to all students who successfully completed their red, blue, and yellow belt tests. A special mention to Instructor Ashley for his outstanding performance in the 3rd Dan Black Belt promotion test. This grading is a testament to everyone’s dedication and progress — keep training hard and continue to grow!
